Who Says We Must Have A Two Party System?

There are no mention of parties in the Constitution. Some of the founding fathers were afraid of what would happen if a party gained too much power. Here we are today with our political system being controlled by two major parties who are exactly one and the same. I believe if we had a political system where no party had any control over our elections or over our government that let the voters decide without being forced by any party on how or who they can support and vote. The person could truly represent who they are and what they would do and not by a party tag and the whole country would be a better place. A No Party system.
